Terms of Service

1. The service

OrionStats provides online data analytics education (the Academy) and independent assessments leading to OrionStats certificates (Certification).

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. One person per account. The name used for certification must be your legal name and may be verified.

3. Certification

• Certificates are awarded only after passing the applicable written examination and practical assessment, and after examiner approval. Completing courses does not entitle you to a certificate.
• OrionStats certificates are independent credentials and are not accredited by a government or third-party accreditation body.
• Examination rules (timing, attempts, waiting periods, passing thresholds) are published on each certification page and may be updated; changes apply to future attempts.
• Integrity. Work must be your own. Sharing exam content, impersonation, or undisclosed assistance (human or AI where not permitted) may lead to invalidated results, revoked certificates and account closure.
• Appeals. Candidates may request a review of a certification decision within [N] days.

4. Content and licence

Lesson content, questions and datasets are owned by OrionStats. You may use them for personal learning. Practice datasets are fictional.

5. Payments and refunds

6. No employment guarantee

OrionStats does not guarantee employment, promotion or salary outcomes.
